**Description & Requirements**:

**YOUR TASKS**
- You will be responsible for booking outgoing invoices, credit notes, and revenue deferrals
- You reconcile debtor accounts and clarify differences
- You monitor open items and regularly conduct dunning processes
- You create monthly evaluations and reports
- You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and the preparation of the annual audit
- You work closely with the tax, controlling, and sales departments
- You are part of projects in the areas of finance and accounting, e.g., in the context of process optimization and digitalization
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have completed a commercial education, ideally as a financial accountant or tax clerk
- You have several years of professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility - ideally, you have already gained experience in online sales or online marketing
- You have user knowledge in common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Solutions - NAVISION
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, complete your profile
- You enjoy working in a team and are reliable and resilient
- You have very good German and English language skills
