**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortliche rechtliche Beratung und Gestaltung der Geschäftsvorfälle in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht und Corporate Finance sowie angrenzenden Bereichen des Wirtschaftsrechts
- Mitarbeit bei Transaktionen
- Vorbereitung der jährlichen Hauptversammlung
- Beratung im Zusammenhang mit Corporate Governance Themen
- Aufbereitung komplexer wirtschaftlicher Sachverhalte und rechtliche Risikobewertung
- Rechtliche Begleitung wichtiger Change-Prozesse des Unternehmens
- Zusammenarbeit zwischen Rechtsabteilung, externen Rechtsanwälten und Juristen, den Fachabteilungen und den Konzerngesellschaften
- Gestaltung von Querschnittsthemen im In
- und Ausland
**Ihr Profil**:
- Zwei erfolgreich absolvierte Juristische Staatsexamina
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Jurist (m/w/d) in Kanzleien oder Unternehmen in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht und/oder Unternehmensfinanzierung
- Exzellentes zivil-, handels
- und gesellschaftsrechtliches Wissen, einschließlich internationaler Bezüge
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise im Ausland erworben, Freude an internationaler Kommunikation
- Hoher Grad an unternehmerischem, analytischem und lösungsorientiertem Denken sowie Eigeninitiative
- Verhandlungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Interesse und Spaß an teamorientierter, funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit auch im internationalen Kontext
