**Job Summary**

General administrative tasks in the area of operational purchasing

**Responsibilities**
- Obtaining and evaluating supplier offers, clarifying delivery dates and conditions, including price negotiations
- Control and coordination of delivery dates and quantities in line with production and order requirements, including the implementation of delivery reminder procedures
- Release / customs clearance of import shipments
- placing orders with suppliers and service providers

**Basic Qualifications**
- high skills in German and English language
- Professional experience in the commercial sector, in particular several years of experience in purchasing/supply chain
- Experiences in import clearance

**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**
- Flexible working hours
- Working remote 1 day per week
- No travel
