Funktion
- Berichtet an- Head of Global Category Management Direct und Logistics- Einkaufsvolumen- 400 - 500 Mio. €- Verantwortete Materialgruppen- Additive, d.h. Zuschlagsstoffe für Gipsendprodukte, wie Chemikalien, Dispersionsmittel, Füllmaterialien, Zellulose, Verflüssiger, Verdicker und Mineralien, Stärke, Vulkangestein, ca. 15 Warengruppe, ca. 15-16 Hauptlieferanten pro Warengruppe / Bei den ca. 500 Lieferanten insgesamt hauptsächlich aus der Chemie, Pharmaindustrie + Naturproduktherstellung- Mitarbeiterverantwortung- für 5 bis 6 Global Category Manager- Aufgaben und Verantwortung- Globale Analyse des Beschaffung
- und Logistikmarkes, Lieferanten, Kapazitäten, Technologien durch Market Intelligence
- Entwicklung, Einführung und Umsetzung der globalen Firmen-Category Strategien für Additive mit den internen Geschäftspartnern (Vertrieb / Operations / Supply Chain Management / etc.)
- Erreichen der gemeinsam vereinbarten globalen Beschaffungsziele
- Entwicklung von Budgets und Prognosen für die Preisgestaltung und Verfügbarkeit von Additiven
- Verhandlung globaler Verträge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den betreffenden Standorten und gemeinsame Verantwortung mit den Regionen
- Förderung des Stakeholder-Managements zur Maximierung des Wertbeitrags der globalen Beschaffung
- Erreichen der Zustimmung interner Interessengruppen zu Kostensenkungsinitiativen
- Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Methoden und Tools für Benchmarking und Best Practice Sharing mit den Divisions, Regions, Ländern und Standorten
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung, bei den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen, wie z. B. Master Supplier Agreements
- Initiierung und Unterstützung von funktions
- und abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Innovation und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
- Mitarbeiterführung - Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Fähigkeiten innerhalb des Teams

Anforderungsprofil
- Ausbildung- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Beschaffungsmethoden und -konzepte, Global Category Management und Business Partnering- Berufserfahrung- Ca. 10 Jahre in der nationalen und internationalen strategischen Beschaffung (Commodity Management) mit einem Volumen im höheren Millionen € Bereich. Führungserfahrung von Vorteil.- Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Beschaffungsmethoden und -konzepte, Global Category Management und Business Partnering
- Hohe Kompetenz bei der Erstellung und Entwicklung von Category Management Strategien
- Geschäftsorientiert (Unternehmer), strategisches Denken, aber auch hands-on Mentalität
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Procurement und Supply Chain Management
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kenntnisse der relevanten Märkte und Lieferanten
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Should Cost Modelierung
- Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen analytisches Denken, Kommunikation, zwischenmenschliche und interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit - Schwerpunkt Asien und Nordamerika
- Erfahrung im Change Management - treiben Sie den Wandel voran
- Authentischer, zielorientierter, selbständiger Teamplayer, Netzwerker und Führungspersönlichkeit mit Vorbildfunktion - Motivator
- Beherrschung von MS Office und vorzugsweise SAP
