Italdesign is expanding its engineering activities in the field of E/E Architectures.

Within the E/E Architecture team the resource will work transversally on vehicle functions and system level requirements to design, develop and verify E/E Architecture features. Main tasks are managing existing E/E architecture models at different levels (vehicle, system, sub-system), working on the various system attributes and views (functional, logical, physical) and taking care of the interfacing between functions and electronic components by following the standards and procedures requested by the OEM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand vehicle functions to design and develop E/E architecture artifacts
- Define the interface attributes for E/E architecture domain features
- Define the interface attributes for E/E architecture networking descriptions
- Support Cross-functional teams to understand the impact of their systems and related decisions on E/E functions and component’s design
- Support Vehicle Network & Diagnostic team for error analysis and troubleshooting
- Support Vehicle Network & Diagnostic team for integration of E/E components
- Create and maintain Electric & Electronic documentations, requirements and test-case definition for cross-functional topics (Network, Diagnostic, HW, etc...)
- Schedule execution from the automatic test instances and manage reports and results for the vehicle networking and diagnostic protocols

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in electronic/software engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Knowledge of modelling tools: Vector PREEvision, CAMEO System Modeler or similar
- Modelling languages: UML 2.0 or SysML
- Knowledge of the common Bus interfaces (e.g. CAN, FlexRay, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, LIN etc.)
- Experience in requirements management and elicitation
- Knowledge of automotive validation toolchains (e.g. Vector, NI, etc...)

**Preferential requirements**:

- Prior experience on embedded system architectures
- Prior experience on E/E vehicle architecture
- Prior experience on complex embedded system development as developer or architect

OTHER INFORMATIONS

**Education**: bachelor or higher degree in electronic/software engineering, mechatronics or similar

**Language skills**: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German and English are required. Knowledge of Italian would be appreciated
