Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern treiben wir die Weiterentwicklung kostengünstigerer, leistungsfähigerer und energieeffizienterer Mikrochips voran.
Im Jahr 2020 erwarb ASML alle Anteile der Berliner Glas GmbH. Am Standort Berlin entwickeln und fertigen mehr als 1.600 Mitarbeitende hochpräzise Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme - mit Know-how in der Optik, Mechanik und Elektronik.
Die Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Abteilung ist verantwortlich für die ASML Gebäude, Infrastruktur und Einrichtungen über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus. Sie spielt eine entscheidende Rolle in einem Veränderungs
- und Entwicklungsprozess, der uns in ganz neue Dimensionen führen wird. Und so managt CRE nicht nur die signifikante Vergrößerung des Standorts, es garantiert auch die Top-Leistungsfähigkeit unserer kritischen Anlagen. Zur Realisierung dieses Ansatzes wollen wir uns durch einen Controller bzw. eine Controllerin verstärken.
In dieser spannenden neugeschaffenen Funktion wirst du als Mitglied unserer globalen Business Engineering Community eng mit dem CRE Berlin & EU Management Team, dem Head of CRE Berlin & EU und tangierenden Sektoren innerhalb ASML Berlin zusammenarbeiten. Gemeinsam werdet ihr Business Informationen und nachhaltige Reportings zur Sicherstellung der Unternehmensziele und als Vorlage für geschäftskritische Entscheidungen bereitstellen. Durch Transparenz werdet ihr bereichsübergreifende Verbesserungen erzielen.
Es ist dein Ziel, durch die Erstellung, Nutzung und Optimierung kennzahlenrelevanter Lösungen und Dashboards die Effizienz der CRE Berlin & EU Organisation zu steigern. In diesem Kontext wirst du Verbesserungsempfehlungen ausarbeiten und relevante Projekte leiten.
Darüber hinaus wirst du uns als fachlicher Vertreter bezogen auf das CRE Performance Management Berlin & EU vertreten und eng mit den weltweiten ASML Standorten zusammenarbeiten.

- Koordination des Budget
- und Investmentprozesses in den CRE Berlin & EU (Field Locations) Abteilungen, als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Finanzabteilung
- Steuerung der regulären Budgetausgaben und -transparenz in Form eines CRE Controlling zur Sicherstellung der Zieleinhaltung
- Unterstützung der CRE Berlin & EU Abteilungen durch Bereitstellung von Soll-Ist-Daten und Berichten zu
- Kostentransparenz (Opex / Capex); Flächennutzungsgrad
- Arbeits
- und Betriebssicherheit
- Geschäftskontinuität und interne Kundenausrichtung
- Mitarbeiterleistung; Nachhaltigkeit; Leistungserbringung der Dienstleister
- Projektergebnisse (Bestand & Neubau)
- Leistung auf Serviceebene (intern & Auftragnehmer); weitere relevante KPIs
- Erstellung regelmäßiger und wiederkehrender KPI-Berichte und -Präsentationen für CRE-Bereiche und das obere Management
- Konsolidierung von KPI's, sowie Erstellung von Prognosewerten zur Zielerreichung bei bestehenden Abweichungen
- Moderation des regelmäßigen strukturellen Gremiums unter Teilnahme von ASML CRE Corporate, CRE Berlin & EU und dem lokalen Management der ASML Berlin
- Förderung, Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten in Bezug auf die Leistung relevanter CRE-Faktoren
- Projektseitige Implementierung etablierter ASML-Lösungen und -Standards
- Verantwortung für eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung (in Bezug auf relevante CRE-Faktoren) durch Zusammenarbeit mit tangierenden Abteilungen
- Implementierung von projektspezifischen KPIs, einschließlich Analyse von Diskrepanzen und Planung von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Statuserstellung und Verfolgung aller Verbesserungsprojekte durch enge Kommunikation mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern
- Vertretung des Standorts Berlin in Bezug auf CRE-Leistungsberichte in Netzwerken und Gremien des ASML Werkeverbundes
