**Responsibilities**:

- Technical and commercial processing of customer enquiries: clarification of technical specifications, preparation and follow-up of technical offers, offer follow-up and independent price negotiations
- Creating internal order documents and supporting all departments in order processing
- Liaising between sales, customers and internal departments
- Order scheduling in SAP, ordering spare parts and tracking deadlines
- Participation in trade fairs, presentation of the company and willingness to travel on business within Germany
- Participation in further training measures, sales training courses and conferences

**Qualifications**:

- Technical training with further training as a master craftsman, technical business administrator or technician with relevant professional experience
- Strong customer focus and understanding of our customers' needs and expectations
- "Hands-on mentality, proactive, independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Business fluent German and good English skills
