**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- As Change Communication Advisor you are responsible to advise, inspire and support the GFO- Leadership Teams in improving their communication strategy to reach their operational teams with 'spot on' change messages.
- In this role you advise change initiative owners to design story lines, communication and (cross-unit) implementation strategies in a complex stakeholder context in close cooperation with the Change Communication advisors of the GFO-X sub units
- You ensure that GFO community events are initiated and facilitated
- You act as change communication advisor and coordinator for GFO-E, working towards a transparent and performance driven way of working
- You coordinate the Change Communication Experts community to provide content for quarterly newletters and other media
- You work in a cross-border Strategy & Change team of GFO-Excellence

**Your profile and background**:

- This position requires an academic working and thinking level and a relevant university degree in Communication, Change Management or Business Strategy. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- You have profound working experience in the field of communication, preferabally in an international context, having good understanding of German and/or Dutch business culture
- You express advanced advisory skills and are experienced in complex stakeholder management
- You have advanced understanding of digital ways of communication
- You are able to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways, showing an hands-on mentality
- You show independence, entrepreneurship, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills

- Grid Field Operations is part of a bigger energy (eco)system in a complex and ever changing industry. It is therefore important that GFO keeps up pace and improves its daily work to create a reliable grid for a BRIGHTER energy future. GFO-Excellence (GFO-E) is working on that with colleagues from GFO-N, G and O as well as other units in the end-to-end processes. It is our expertise to build strategic agility together. By bringing in our skills and knowledge we deliver focus and give orientation. We care for our colleagues and take away the hurdles between the people and their work. Improving their business (capabilities) is core for us. GFO-E facilitates an environment in which colleagues are connected and learn from each other, whilst keeping the TenneT and regulatory frameworks into account. We coordinate improvements to enable GFO to become a learning organisation and move from a custodian to an orchestrator that is prepared for growth. We help GFO to be excellent. The Strategy & Change team focusses on developing cross-unit change initiatives, (GFO) change communication and long term (operational) strategy.**Additional information**:
