Bist du bereit mit uns gemeinsam die Zukunft der Gebrauchtrad-Branche zu gestalten?Als Production Team Lead (d/w/m) - Werkstattleitung an unserem Standort in Laim bist du für die stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktionsbereichs verantwortlich. Du führst ein Team von 13 Werkstatt
- und Supply-Chain-Experten.

Was Du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein
- Du hast erfolgreich eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsbereich vorzuweisen
- Du verfügst über Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Zweiradmechatronik und bist in der Lage unser Team von Zweiradmechanikern fachlich anzuleiten und zu entwickeln
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, mit Zahlen zu arbeiten, Daten zu analysieren und fundierte Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage quantitativer Informationen zu treffen
- Du hast schon mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet und bringst darüber hinaus eine hohe digitale Affinität mit
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit und besitzt eine hohe Lösungsfähigkeit
- Du bist eine erfahrene Führungskraft und verstehst es, ein Team zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Optimieren und Weiterdenken von Produktionsprozessen und in der Umsetzung von Lean-Management-Grundsätzen

- Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Produktionsbereich optimal ausgestattet und aufgestellt ist
- Du bist eine wichtige Sparringperson und bringst Dein Know-how bei der strategischen, organisatorischen sowie strukturellen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs mit ein
- Als fachlicher Experte kennst Du die Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten deiner Teammitglieder und sorgst für deren nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung
