We have offices in Brighton, Berlin and Brooklyn and we are rapidly growing in all markets.
We are seeking a Head of Campaigns with experience in executing integrated campaigns across multiple European markets.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working collaboratively with our global marketing senior team, you will play a lead role in shaping and implementing the campaign strategy to deliver on our acquisition and brand goals in Europe.
The Head of Campaigns is a marketing leadership role, that requires strong understanding of our business, our customers, and of the platforms, channels and approaches that will enable us to reach key audiences and differentiate our brand.
This is a hybrid working position with 2 days in the Berlin office and 3 days working remotely.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Bringing to life the MPB brand through meaningful marketing activity that opens up new opportunities and makes photography, videography and visual storytelling more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
- Identifying, developing and overseeing campaign strategy as well as programs and activations designed to extend our brand marketing goals, and strengthen our market position.
- Establishing priorities for European campaigns and ensuring alignment with business goals, proactively providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborating with research and analytics teams to understand our European customers in multiple markets in order to deliver insights-driven, targeted plans.
- Overseeing European campaigns, partnerships, experiences, social media and PR execution, as well as European localisation and deployment of global campaigns.
**Skills you’ll need**
- Significant experience leading and executing European marketing activity across multiple awareness and consideration channels
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, empowering them to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
- Track record of campaign operations excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working in a global and cross-functional team environment.
- Strong tech and data knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of English and another European language (preferably German).
**Even Better If**
- Experience with circular, recommerce or marketplace brands
- Knowledge of photography and videography equipment and motivations, behaviours and interests of visual storytellers
