We are currently building our team and are now searching for
- **Speakers Liaison & Coordinator Quality Assurance (M/F/d) - 100% Remote**

**Your mission**:
During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance.

**Your daily tasks**:

- **Quality Assurance of Coordinators**:

- Evaluate the quality of social media engagement driven by coordinators.
- **Speaker Search Support**:

- Advise council coordinators on optimizing research and strategies to enhance speaker outreach.
- Ensure only relevant speakers and external experts are contacted by coordinators for webinars.
- **Webinar Speaker List Management**:

- Compile and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date list of webinar speakers.
- Include relevant details like contact information, areas of expertise, and scheduled webinar dates.
- **Speaker Communication**:

- Engage with speakers to ensure smooth onboarding and coordination for webinar participation.
- Communicate webinar roadmaps, content, and structure to speakers.
- Provide speakers with all necessary materials and ensure they are well-prepared for their roles in the webinars.
- **Introduction of Speakers to Council Experts**:

- Facilitate the introduction of webinar speakers to council experts during webinars.
- Ensure all team members are familiar with the speakers and their areas of expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Specializes in quality assurance, event coordination, or speaker management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with social media engagement tools and strategies.
