**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist mit ca. 5 Stunden wöchentlich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Performance
- Marketing Kampagnen im Search Bereich für unsere Praxen sowie unsere Telemedizin-Tochter Pfotendoctor.de zuständig
- Du erstellst eigenständig Performance Analysen und triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen
- Du analysierst und optimierst kanalübergreifend bestehende Kampagnen zur Kundengewinnung
- Du entwickelst neuen Strategien und führst regelmäßiger A/B Tests durch, um unsere CR zu steigern und Marketingmaßnahmen in der Neukundenakquise zu optimieren
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Implementierung automatisierter Prozesse und Tools
- Deine Welt sind analytische Modelle - hiermit entscheidest du über Budget-Allokationen, um mit maximaler Effizienz unsere Akquise und Wachstumsziele zu erreichen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Google Ads, Analytics, GTM und Looker mit
- Du hast operative Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit SEA Technologien und Bid Management Tools, Google Calc / Excel sind für dich Tools der täglichen Arbeit
- Du bist Performance driven und arbeitest 100% zielorientiert
- Du möchtest Impact schaffen und bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation mit
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine stark ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und ein gutes technisches Verständnis aus
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
