- After-sales Unterstützung unserer Kunden: Geräteschulung, Gerätekonfiguration und Begleitung im Betrieb
- Sie analysieren und beheben Fehler im Zusammenhang mit Reagenzien, Resultaten und Handling
- Sie gewährleisten die Kundenzufriedenheit bei der Anwendung der Roche Systemlösungen
- Sales-Unterstützung bei pre-sales Projekten
- Schnittstellen Tätigkeiten zwischen Technikern, Project Manager sowie der Hotline und dem Global Customer Support
- Agile, übergreifende Mitarbeit in den verschiedenen Bereichen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Biomedizinischer Analytiker oder ähnliche Qualifikationen mit Berufserfahrung in Chemie
- und Immunologie Laboratorien
- Affinität in Software Applikationen und technischen Anwendungen
- Kunden
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Reisefreudigkeit, PW-Fahrzeugausweis (Kat. B)
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und/oder Französischkenntnisse, Englisch Kenntnisse erwünscht
