**We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Intern to support our team in Berlin**

Become a Part of the Shotview Artist Agency Team. Shotview curates and represents the most exciting photographers, directors, stylist, hair/makeup artists, casting directors around the globe with focus in Europe with offices in Berlin, Paris and Vienna. Shotview looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create.

Having national and international clients and productions in almost every category, our services span all disciplines from Estimate to Production and Creative development to Design. Always driven by creativity, our work influences culture and creates business value.

**Your tasks**:

- You manage, coordinate, and optimize our agency's social media channels with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- You are responsible for building and evolving a strong brand profile on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook).
- You take charge of developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on cross-platform social media campaigns, formats, and posts, including community management.
- You are responsible for increasing the reach and followers of all channels through relevant content, strategic alignment, and innovative growth hacking.
- Research and curation for content creation across all platforms are part of your responsibilities.
- Regular analysis and reporting of channel performance are within your scope.
- You explore new social media platforms and collaborations.
- You coordinate a network of freelancers and students who assist you in your work.
- You provide colleagues with social media expertise as a point of contact.
- You develop engaging social media content in various formats (e.g., text, photos, videos) and ensure its contemporary, platform-specific, and audience-specific implementation and daily publication.
- You are responsible for editorial and campaign planning for our channels in close coordination with the CEO.
- Production of image and video material for social media and other marketing purposes.
- Liaison between our artists, customer support, our community, and internal stakeholders.
- Community management of social media channels.
- Influencer marketing within the social media strategy.
- Tracking and analysis of channel and campaign performance through social media monitoring.
- Participation in additional digital projects and the expansion of the digital experience.

**You fulfill these professional requirements**:

- A degree or comparable education in the field of marketing, communication, or media.
- You are familiar with current trends in the social media landscape and understand the workings of common platforms.
- A passion for social media and digital communication is essential.
- You have excellent language skills in German, and English communication comes naturally to you.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
- You recognize contemporary content trends and can leverage them.
- You are a social media native with excellent knowledge of relevant channels like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- A strong affinity for art, lifestyle, and the latest trends in digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of common social media tools and ad formats, with prior experience in performance tracking tools being a plus.
- Proficiency in producing image and video material, including knowledge of image/video editing programs like the Adobe Suite.
- A modern writing style and strong German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
