Assistant for the IMPRS program & Welcome Office (M/F/d)

**Your Tasks**:
- Administrative support to the IMPRS program, particularly curriculum planning, IMPRS supplement certificates, IMPRS database and alumni
- Assisting the Welcome Office, especially in finding housing for international staff
- Coordinate social intercultural activities and implementation of Buddy Program including IMPRS doctoral students
- Handling of purchase orders, IMPRS travel and invoices for workshops and event organization
- Support of the doctoral student representation (Student Council)
- Partially vacation replacement for IMPRS coordinator and Welcome Officer
**Your profile**:
- Completed university studies (B.Sc.) or commercial training with relevant additional qualification as well as relevant professional experience in higher education, administrative knowledge
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, independent, service-oriented and result-oriented work style
- Intercultural competence or the willingness to acquire it
- Strong social media, blogging and/or website skills are a plus
- Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Organized and structured way of working
We are not looking for somebody with all these skills, but we aim at building a team with a good mix of talents.
