We are looking for a
**Security Awareness Specialist (all genders)**
***to join the Cybersecurity tribe on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This person will act as a creative ambassador for security, who has a technical background but is focused on changing human behaviors and building a strong security culture. Under the slogan “Security is our culture”, the global security awareness team engages with stakeholders and users and builds partnerships across the organization.

**Your mission**:
- Act as a point of contact for implementing the security awareness strategy and campaigns in Delivery Hero
- Run phishing campaigns and secure code tournaments as well as various other programs on a periodic basis as part of the business as usual activities of the team
- Act as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to explain and drive the various activities
- Create communication artifacts such as posts, flyers, documents, and any type of media needed to communicate the security concepts in question
- Guide on needed actions under the security awareness umbrella to comply with various international and/or financial frameworks and standards, including but not limited to ECB/EBA regulations, PCI DSS, and other applicable standards to the organization.
- Collaborate with security engineering teams to determine the biggest risks and tailor the security awareness activities based on that input
- Lead the Delivery Hero Security Awareness chapter
**Your heroic skills**:
- Very strong knowledge of security concepts to be communicated in awareness campaigns, e.g. phishing prevention, common attacks and countermeasures
- Experience with large scale Security Awareness campaigns spanning international teams and environments
- Very strong knowledge of International Security Frameworks, especially financial (FFIEC, NIST)
- Experience in working with enterprise level tools for phishing campaigns and other educational activities such as secure coding training
- Experience in supporting external audit requests in the field of security awareness
- Ability to combine regulatory know-how with creative activities
- High-level knowledge of AWS + GCP compliance and security services
- High-level knowledge of system architecture and engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working in an international Agile Environment
- Relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, Security+ or GSEC, Cloud computing knowledge (high level)
