**About the Role**:
Join our team in Munich as an Operations & Office Assistant where you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our Robotics Testing & Development facility and adjacent office space. We are looking for someone passionate about organization, communication, and creating a dynamic work environment.
**Your Daily Business**:
- Act as primary point of contact for our Munich location for a team of 20+ people on-site while facilitating communication and collaboration with the HQ in Hamburg
- Support the preparation and coordination of testing and robot demo activities working closely together with our culinary, engineering and prototyping teams
- Handle office-related inquiries and manage communications with suppliers, incl. cleaning agencies, landlords, and office supply deliveries
- Manage the day-to-day business of the facilities and assist the teams and leadership with administrative and organizational support
- Develop and implement hygiene management strategies in collaboration with service providers to maintain cleanliness throughout the spaces
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events and the welcoming of new employees in collaboration with our People & Culture Team
**Base Qualifications**:
- Ability to manage an office or other facilities, fostering a productive work environment
- Skilled in organizing company events and external visits with a focus on smooth logistics and stakeholder satisfaction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on mentality and structured way of working
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced or technical environment or in hospitality
- Fluent in German and English, residing in Munich for office presence
