In dieser Funktion wirst Du eng mit dem Head of Research zusammenarbeiten, um verschiedene Projekte im Bereich der Themenrecherche zu verwalten und gleichzeitig Dein Fachwissen in der PR einsetzen. Du wirst darüber hinaus eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung & Leitung des Daten-Teams spielen.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Als Data PR Project lead (m/w/d) erstrecken sich Deine Aufgabenbereiche von der klassischen Themenrecherche, der Kundenbetreuung über die Anleitung des Daten-Teams bei Tonka, bis zur Dokumentation und Entwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Research zusammen. Hierbei unterstützt Du vor allem in der Teamführung, Kapazitätsplanung, Delegation von Arbeitspaketen und Überprüfung der KPIs. Du trägst dafür Sorge, dass neue Teammitglieder eingearbeitet werden und bist für die Organisation von Meetings und Feedbackrunden zuständig.
- Du entwickelst selbstständig Themenideen, setzt Themenwünsche des Teams um und bist für die Qualitätskontrolle, insbesondere der Recherche-Ergebnisse verantwortlich.
- Du betreust eigenständig ca. 2-3 Kundenaccounts, führst Erstgespräche und Onboardings durch und leitest Deine Kunden & Kundinnen durch Kickoffs.
- In der Rolle des Data PR Project lead (m/w/d) bist Du außerdem für die Dokumentation und Entwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen zuständig. Du hältst die Geschäftsleitung zur konkreten Auslastung, Kundenbedarf & ggf. Herausforderungen im Team und auf Kundenseite auf dem Laufenden.

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als PR-Consultant, Corporate Communications Manager, Public Relations Manager oder Projektmanager (m/w/d) vorzugsweise in einer PR-Agentur oder in der Kommunikationsabteilung eines Unternehmens, in einer Beraterstelle oder als erfahrene:r Freelancer:in.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium einer geistes-, wirtschafts
- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung idealerweise inklusive journalistischem Volontariat.
- Hohe Kreativität, gute Medienkenntnisse sowie Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über ein sehr gutes Daten
- und Medienverständnis.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, gründlich sowie verantwortungsbewusst und bringst Loyalität & Ruhe mit in Dein Team.
- Du bist kommunikativ, organisationsstark und hast eine überzeugende und authentische Art im Umgang mit Kollegen & Kolleginnen sowie Kunden & Kundinnen.
- Erstklassiges Verständnis und ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksfähigkeit in der deutschen Sprache, ein hervorragender Schreibstil sowie eine hohe Sprachaffinität.
- Du bist ein Digital Native und Excel-Profi, bringst im besten Fall Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing mit und hast schon mal in den Bereichen Data Science & Coding gearbeitet.
