Das ist zukünftig Ihr Job
- Übernahme der Teilaufgaben der aktiven Projektleiter für einen Kunden der öffentlichen Hand
- Planung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten im Rahmen der Zeit-, Kosten
- und Qualitätsvorgaben; Projektdurchführung in agiler Entwicklung
- Kundenmanagement: Vertragscontrolling; Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung des Kunden
- Angebotsunterstützung: Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen und P&Ls für neue Change Requests im Projekt
- Koordination der Aufwandsabschätzungen mit den internen Projektpartner und technische/organisatorische Klärungen zur Lösungsfindung
- Erstellung von Entwürfen für Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Kunden
- Agiles / hybrides Projektmanagement: Planung und Steuerung von Teil - Arbeitspaketen, Meilensteinen, Quality Gates; Planung und Unterstützung bei Steuerung der Projektressourcen; Überwachung und Prognose des Projektbudgets; Ermitteln und Verfolgen von Projektrisiken; Dokumentation und Reporting des Projektstatus (Fertigstellungsgrad, Budget)
- Servicemanagement: Enge Abstimmung mit dem Service Management in TDS zur Vertragserfüllung gegenüber dem Kunden hinsichtlich Service & Betrieb

Überzeugen Sie uns mit Ihren Qualifikationen
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung als Projektleiter oder Teilprojektleiter
- Beherschen der Intrumente des Projekt
- und Risikomanagements sowie des Projekt-Controllings/Reportings
- Kenntnisse der Vertragsgestaltung im Projektgeschäft und Entwurf von Angeboten
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Partnern und Lieferanten
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines (Teil-) Projektteams; systematische, zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Beherrschen der englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift
