Lead Solution Architect for Managed Services Asg

You will be leading solutioning teams with the aim to develop competitive solutions for managed services engagements including data gathering, analysing, effort and cost estimating, deal shaping, proposal development, as well as assisting with contracting. In addition to that, as a senior member of the practice, you will be responsible for growing our solutioning and enterprise architecture capabilities for managed services across ASG and helping to maintain and raise solution quality standards across our deals.
Skills and experiences
About you
: - An experienced pre-sales or delivery professional and trusted advisor with the credibility to influence peers and leaders - Highly entrepreneurial, can build a results focused customer-centric culture and collaborate with partners across the globe - Demonstrating strong analytical skills, ability to analyse customer provided data - Ability to define solution elements even when not all the required information is available. Realizing and documenting reasonable assumptions. - Very strong written and oral communication. Ability to communicate complex solutions to less technical people - Providing leadership to diverse teams and capability of leading teams effectively within a Matrix organization - Willingness to travel and fluent English and German language skills
What you'll do
: - Shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures for cloud transformation, modernization and operations. - Estimation, solution planning and collaborating with Accenture and Avanade teams to create the optimal client outcome. - Lead and coordinate teams of specialized solution architects and SME’s to create the optimal client outcome. - Manage risks and delivery expectations with the client and Avanade/Accenture delivery teams. - Lead hand-over to delivery of successfully closed deals as interim technical architect ensuring high-quality standards. - Work closely with Market Unit Leads, serving as SME in cloud architecture and solutions. - Work with Solution Area teams to enhance managed service capability and skills; collaborate with delivery center architects to standardize and improve efficiency and quality.
