**Quality Control Inspector (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du führst die Warneingangsprüfung einkommender Teile nach Vorgaben durch und stellst die Qualitätssicherung (QS) schon ab dem Wareneingang sicher
- Du unterstützt innerhalb des Fachbereiches bei Produktneuanläufen bezüglich der Prüfung von Teilequalität und der entsprechenden Dokumentation
- Du unterstützt die Fachbereichsleitung bei der Umsetzung von qualitätsverbessernden Maßnahmen
- Du arbeitest bei Bemusterungen und Inspektionen mit, welche die Erfüllung aller Anforderungen und Spezifikationen, die die Luftfahrtindustrie voraussetzt, sicherstellen
- Qualitätsprobleme dokumentierst du nach vorgegebenem Prozess und erstellst beispielsweise 4D- und / oder 8D-Reports
- Du unterstützt innerhalb des Fachbereichs bei der Erstellung von QS-Dokumenten zur Auslieferung von Produkten

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene gewerbliche Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker / -in, als Feinwerkmechaniker / in oder in einem vergleichbaren Berufsbild
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Industriebetrieb gesammelt
- Du verfügst vorzugsweise über Kenntnisse in allgemeinen Qualitätsprozessen und deren Dokumentation
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Messinstrumenten und in der Arbeit mit Fügeverfahren sammeln
- Im Idealfall hast du bereits gute GD&T-Kenntnisse (Geometrische Dimensionierung & Tolerierung)
- Mit den MS-Office-Programmen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) bist du bestens vertraut
- Du arbeitest selbständig, fokussiert und Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Freude daran, Ziele gemeinsam zu erreichen
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
