**Automation and Robotic Lab Technician (m/w/d)
**- Ihre Aufgaben: _
- Screening von neuen Affinitätsliganden mittels Hochdurchsatzverfahren
- Umgang mit vollautomatischen Robotersystemen (Spinnaker-System von Thermo Scientific,

Tecan Fluent Liquidhandler, QPix Workstation)
- Transformation und Kultivierung von E. coli Kulturen in 96- und 384-well Platten
- Arbeiten mit mammalischen Zellen (HEK293 Zellkulturen)
- Proteinbiochemische Arbeiten (ELISA, Proteinaufreinigung im kleinen Maßstab, Protein
- konzentrationsbestimmung mittels UV/VIS, Analyse von Protein-Interaktionen mittels SPR)
- Dokumentation und Datenanalyse
- Die Voraussetzungen:_**_ _**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Biologielaboranten bzw. BTA /

vergleichbares oder abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Interesse an der Bedienung und Programmierung von Robotersystemen (z.B. Momentum

Software von Thermo Scientific) - Vorerfahrung von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse für den Umgang mit Robotersystemen notwendig
- Gute proteinchemische Kenntnisse
- Technisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Vorerfahrung bei der Auswertung und Zusammenstellung größerer Datenmengen von Vorteil

(z.B. csv-Dateien, Extraktion von Daten mittels Excel, Umgang mit Datenbanken)
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office_ _
