We are looking for an entrepreneur who has built and scaled a venture (co-founded, managed or significantly contributed to one).
Are you an entrepreneur, who wants to build a web3 venture from scratch? Have you identified a problem that can be solved with web3 technologies? Would solving this problem resolve a real pain point/need and add value to the web3 ecosystem?
Yes? Then this is the opportunity to become our Founder in Residence. Our purpose is to help extraordinary founders to co-build web3 ventures with us.

**Your profile**:
**We are looking for founders with the following experiences**
- 2+ years of experience as co-founder of/or key role in a start-up, and/or 2+ years of Venture Capital/Venture Builder experience
- Significant web3 work experience
- Strong background in Economics, Finance or Law
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling companies, raising funds, and delivering high standards in quality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Track record of building and launching tech products in early markets
- Leading cross-functional team(s) to develop and market IT solutions
- Applied lean methodologies and frameworks to launch products as quickly as possible (Scrum, Lean Canvas, Kanban, etc.)
- Building long-lasting business and partnership relations
- Excellent communication skills to pitch your venture for fundraising and winning talents
- Hiring new employees
- Budgeting and planning
- You have founded and built up a company from scratch (co-founded, managed or significantly contributed to one)
- You have the passion for web3 (Ethereum/EVM ecosystem)
- You have one or more web3 product ideas
- You don’t want to scam and rug-pull people

**Interview process**:

- We’ll screen your CV and track record
- If your profile matches our selection criteria, we’ll invite you to introduce yourself via a self recorded video
- If your video introduction matches our expectations, we’ll invite you to a first interview
- If you pass the interview, we invite you to conduct a case study related to your venture idea.
- If your conducted case study meets our standards, we’ll invite you to a 2nd interview
- If you pass our 2nd interview step, an online workshop follows
- If you pass the online workshop, we invite you to an onsite workshop
- We both decide whether we are the best fit to co-build the new venture
