**Deine Aufgaben**:

- **?**Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der derzeit 20 Softwareentwickler, treibst die Personalentwicklung voran und unterstützt durch Vorbildfunktion den Aufbau des Teams und der Teamleader.
- Du bist mit Deinem Team dafür verantwortlich den Aufbau skalierbarer Frontend-Komponenten unter Verwendung modernster Frontend-Frameworks (mit Fokus auf React, Vue und Typescript) erfolgreich umzusetzen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Ihr setzt agil innovative und spannende Ideen gemeinsam in Abstimmung mit den Product Ownern um.
- Als vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner lebst Du den agilen Produktentwicklungsprozess im Team und im Unternehmen vor und bist Impulsgeber in der Product Discovery.
- Darüber hinaus arbeitest Du eng mit dem Top-Management und dem Produktteam zusammen, um die strategische Ausrichtung des globalen Entwicklungsteams zu gewährleisten und die Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen sicherzustellen.

**Dein Profil**:

- **?**Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition und besitzt mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Software-Entwicklung und hast robuste Kenntnisse in Javascript/Typescript, React und/oder ReactNative. Du wirst keinen Code schreiben, sondern denjenigen, die ihn schreiben, helfen, die bestmögliche Leistung zu erbringen.
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu inspirieren und zu motivieren, sowie über die Fähigkeit, entfernte, deutschlandweit verteilte Teams zu leiten.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für agile Entwicklungsmethoden und Erfahrung in der Implementierung dieser Methoden in Entwicklungsteams.
- Du hast gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
