**Finanzcial Controller (m/w/d)**
Zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen **Financial Controller (m/w/d) in Vollzeit**, der als motivierter
Datenexperte den Bereich Controlling neu in unsere Firmenpolitik implementiert. Maßgeblich ist dabei die Erhöhung der
Transparenz auf dem Weg zur Erreichung und Steigerung unserer Unternehmensziele sowie ein erweiterter Blickwinkel
auf die operativen Treiber der Finanzentwicklung.
- Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aufbau und Implementierung des Bereichs Finanz
- und Vertriebscontrolling
- Planung, Kontrolle, Analyse und Steuerung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Analyse zu Plan-Ist-Abweichungen
- Erstellung des Budgets und der unter jährigen Forecasts
- Berechnungen von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Gesellschafter, Entwicklung von
Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
- Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Finanz-Controlling, idealerweise innerhalb der Messdienstbranche.
- Kenntnisse: MS-Office-Paket, Erfahrungen in der Nutzung eines ERP-Systems und DATEV, Grundkenntnisse der
- Wirtschaftsinformatik- Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (WiWi) bzw.
Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Finanzen und Controlling oder alternativ
Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
- Darüber hinaus: Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken, Organisationsvermögen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit,
souveränes Auftreten und soziale Kompetenz
