**The Role**:
We're looking for a new **Global Director HR Business Partnering** **(M/F/x)** for our Global Tech department (Engineering and Product) in our Berlin Headquarters. The role is in our Global People Team and reports directly to the VP People Business Partnering helping us to contribute to our ambitious 2023+ strategy and further establishing and expanding our global Tech organization.

As Global Director you will be spearheading our Tech Business Partner function and will serve as a critical bridge between the business and People Team. You will be working directly with our global Tech C-Level and senior leadership team.

As their strategic partner and trusted guide you help our global Tech Management as they lead their teams to achieving their business goals in the most proactive fashion. You support them to develop people solutions relating to business challenges addressing function specifics while leveraging our consistent and structured approach to all key people experiences. As performance coach and change agent you support tech managers and employees with the most relevant initiatives to succeed in their roles at HelloFresh. In this role you will be leading a large team of 10+ international HR Business Partners and People Specialists in our major Tech Hubs (Berlin, US, Canada and Australia) who will assist you in supporting our Tech organization and successfully driving our highest impact initiatives across the globe.

**What you'll do**:

- Understand the business strategy and challenges of the Tech department globally in order to define the people strategy and respective Tech HR priorities together with the VP and SVP People and Senior Tech Stakeholders,
- Independently drive organizational change, continuously improve processes and implement HR best practices in alignment with the business goals to increase efficiency, effectiveness and employee as well as manager experience
- Partner with senior management to provide solutions for all multifaceted People issues,
- Proactively deliver on key HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance and talent management,
- Coach our managers in a range of people skills to ensure we retain and develop our key talent,
- Identify training needs and introduce new training formats in close collaboration with our L&D department,
- Leverage the full potential of People Analytics data to drive change and proactively support your key stakeholders,
- Work closely with the wider People team to improve work relationships, maintain morale and increase productivity.

**What you'll bring**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in leading a Business Partnering (or very similar) teaM/Function, preferably within a high-growth tech environment and on an international / global level,
- You have significant experience as a People Manager and HR professional across HR functions and/or in the area of Business Partnering or HR consulting, who has led a high-performing team
- Proven track record in independently planning, developing and implementing various People projects (i.e. performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning) across the entire employee lifecycle,
- Fluency in English is a must
