Unser Mandant aus dem Immobilienbereich erbringt deutschlandweit alle Dienstleistungen rund um die nachhaltige Entwicklung und Wertsteigerung von Immobilien und versteht sich zudem als übergreifende Plattform für Asset-, Property-, Facility - und Leasing Management, schwerpunktmäßig für Büro-, Gewerbe
- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien.

Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberatungsgesellschaft für die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Steuererklärungen
- Vorbereitende Abschlussbuchungen für den Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss diverser Gesellschaften
- Buchung von Kreditoren, Debitoren und Sachkonten
- Monatliche Abstimmung von Verrechnungskonten
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Wirtschafts
- und Betriebsprüfer sowie Steuerberater
- Verwaltung und Kontrolle der Konten
- Sonstige Buchführungsaufgaben und Sonderprojekte

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Abschluss als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in (IHK) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebs-/Finanzwirtschaft
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, sehr gern in einem Immobilienunternehmen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Umsatzsteuerrecht sind Voraussetzung
- Sehr gute, abschlusssichere HGB-Bilanzierungskenntnisse sowie IFRS-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte analytische und methodische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Immobiliensoftware iX-Haus sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss und aufgrund der Internationalität des Unternehmens sind auch fließende Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
