**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Werkstudent*in hast du von Anfang an die Möglichkeit, selbstständig verschiedene Aufgaben in einem engagierten Team zu bearbeiten. Dabei lernst du nicht nur das Compliance Management aus deutscher und internationaler Sicht kennen, sondern kannst auch deine kreativen Ideen zur Trainingsentwicklung als auch dein technisches Geschick einbringen. Wir bieten nicht nur ein spannendes Thema und Internationalität, sondern auch ein tolles Team. Wir erwarten 15-20 Stunden pro Woche (in den Ferien gerne auch mehr).

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

- Projektarbeit und Unterstützung der Compliance Manager bei laufenden Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung von Trainings mit Fokus auf Korruptionsprävention, Kartellrechtscompliance und Datenschutz
- Steuerung der Übersetzung der e-Learnings in die jeweiligen Landessprachen
- Weltweite Koordination des Roll-Outs der e-Learnings
- Schnittstellenfunktion als HauptansprechpartnerIn zum e-Learning und bei Hilfestellung für Tochtergesellschaften im In
- und Ausland
- Mitwirkung bei weiteren Trainings
- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

**Dein Profil**:

- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftspädagogik o. ä.
- Ordentlich immatrikuliert während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift), alle weiteren Sprachen sind ein Plus; gerne auch Auslandserfahrung
- Kommunikationsstärke und gerne erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Kulturen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit e-Learning Tools (insb. Articulate, SuccessFactors) sind ein Plus
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office 365, insb. Excel und Powerpoint
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Compliance Umfeld bzw. die Bereitschaft und Motivation, Kenntnisse aufzubauen, Interesse an oder Verständnis für rechtliche Themen
