Als **Project Controls Lead** bei **Linesight** arbeitest Du mit erfahrenen, kulturell vielfältigen und talentierten Teams zusammen. The Opportunity:
**Dein A**ufgabenbereich**:

- Übernimm die strategische Beratung von Bauprojekten unserer Kunden und entwickle partnerschaftliche, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen.
- Gewinne als Business Developer neue Kunden und baue Projekte mit bestehenden Kunden weiter aus.
- Fördere Dein Team als Mentor und Coach, damit es hervorragende Ergebnisse und Qualität für unsere Kunden liefert.
- Nimm aktiv am Ausschreibungs
- und Angebotsprozess teil - von den ersten Ausschreibungs
- und Angebotsunterlagen bis zur Analyse und Berichterstattung.
- Erstelle Kostenschätzungen und Kostenpläne, übernimm die Kostensteuerung und kommuniziere Abweichungen klar und deutlich ins Team.
- Überwache die Projektbudgets und unterstütze mit flexiblem, agilem Projektmanagement und zeitgerechter Kommunikation.

**Du bringst mit**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling bzw. in der Kosten
- und Terminüberwachung von komplexen Hochbauprojekten.
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, o.ä..
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktion, Naturwissenschaften, Schwermaschinenbau, Data Centers oder Öl
- und Gasindustrie.
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen auf dem deutschen Markt.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Du fühlst Dich wohl in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld mit einer internationalen Kundenstruktur.
- Du liebst ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld und setzt gerne Deine eigenen Prioritäten und Abgabetermine.
- Du baust gerne starke Beziehungen zu Deinem Team und Deinen Kunden auf, mit denen Du ein gemeinsames Ziel verfolgst, offen bist und Freude hast.
