**What You Will Do**
- You consider all workplace-specific requirements for quality, occupational health and safety, fire protection and environment/energy, in particular the specifications from the integrated management system (IMS)
- You discuss business ideas and implementation strategies for analytical use cases and drive the realization of projects
- You use data analytics tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear and concise visual representations
- You mine and analyze complex and unstructured data sets using advanced statistical methods
- You organize and manage data for regular updates of models and reporting tools and discuss quality requirements with team and data source owners
- You support training and roll-in of tools to team members and other internal stakeholders as well as assist forecasting analysts to map insights into actionable recommendations and establish data visualizations and reports to explain analytical KPIs

**What You Will Bring**
- Completed universtiy studies in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or similar with experience in analytical and statistical model development
- Clear understanding of data mining techniques and statistical models
- Advanced analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, SQL, etc.) for statistical and machine learning analysis and use big data computing frameworks for processing of large data volumes (AWS Glue, EMR and Sagemaker)
- Ability to create repeatable, automated processes & data pipelines and Familiar with cloud technologies for model development and deployment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and communicate analytics-related business value to stakeholders (data storytelling)
