We have a unique customer journey and we are looking for a CRM automation Specialist who will contribute to our growth ambitions by bringing our automated campaigns to the next level and increasing conversion.

**What is the role about?**
- Building and testing automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle and key triggered events
- Taking automated campaigns to the next level by leveraging product recommendations, personalisation and new segmentation functionality
- Creating targeted customer segments within the CRM system to ensure campaigns are correctly targeted to secure maximum conversion rate, while ensuring campaigns do not conflict with one another
- Supporting the wider CRM team on the implementation of CRM marketing strategy, specifically with focus on AB testing and reporting on insights and making recommendations for future omni-channel campaigns
- Supporting the team with the implementation of new technology and integrations

**What will you need to be successful?**
- Bachelor degree, ideally in a relatable field such as business or marketing.
- 2-3+ years experience in a similar role working with marketing automation.
- Experience in using ESPs or CDPs with complex automation and workflow building systems
- Practical experience of delivering omni-channel digital CRM campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau
- You are a great communicator, fluent in English. German or French is a plus
- You are highly analytical, decisive and you take ownership of outcomes
- You are driven, you thrive in fast-paced environment
- And last but not least, you're a strong team player
