Und auch jetzt suchen wir ein weiteres Talent Nämlich einen Working Student (f/m/d) Controlling & Finance.

**Aufgaben**
- Mitarbeit an Forecasts & Budgets, um an einer zukunftsorientierten Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens mitzuwirken
- Mitwirkung & Unterstützung beim monatlichen Reporting sowie Rolling Forecasts
- Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei der mittel
- & langfristigen Budgetplanung
- Analyse von Kosten
- & Umsatzstrukturen sowie Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlussaktivitäten
- Konzeption, Durchführung bis zur Optimierung von Controllingprozessen und dem Berichtswesen
- Mitarbeit bei Aufbau & Konzeption eines Risikomanagements als auch dessen Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Risikomanagement Prozesse
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft - Wir geben dir den den Gestaltungsspielraum zur Einbringung deiner Ideen & neuer Impulse und Lösungen auf deine Art & Weise zu erarbeiten

**Anforderungen**
- Deine Persönlichkeit zählt - Stark ausgeprägte Analyse
- & Problemlösekompetenz sowie eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeiten und hohe Eigeninitiative sowie autonomische Arbeitsweise
- Aktuell im fortgeschrittenen Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengang, mit Schwerpunkt in Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finance, Accouting oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung aus vorangegangene Werkstudenten
- und/oder Praktikantentätigkeit in den Bereichen Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finance, Accouting, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Energiewirtschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insb. PowerPoint, Excel und Teams, Kenntnisse mit SAP CO bzw. FI sind ein Plus
- Gerne Erfahrung in Power BI
- Bereitschaft eigenverantwortlich kleine Aufgabenpakete zu übernehmen, wobei dir deine Kolleg:innen jederzeit mit Rat & Tat zur Seite stehen, um dich weiterzuentwickeln
