Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Staff Officer

As a Counter - small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Staff Officer, you’ll bring your expertise on C-sUAS capabilities, training, and force modernization background to collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the analysis and review of C-sUAS policies and coordinate with force protection offices across the command and partner nations for C-sUAS equities. You’ll use your skills as you provide staff assistance to the command on C-sUAS emerging threats and capabilities, recommendations for modernization efforts, and synchronize C-UAS protection capabilities, training, reporting, and readiness requirements.

**You Have**:

- 8+ years of experience in working with the U.S. military as a Officer
- Experience with serving on a Division Staff or higher-level staff
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with Air Defense, Electronic Warfare, or C-sUAS or 10 years of experience with Air Defense, Electronic Warfare, or C-sUAS in lieu of a degree
- Graduate of a Captain’s Career Course

- Experience with Force Modernization and Electronic Warfare
- Master’s degree and 3 years of experience with Air Defense, Electronic Warfare, or C-sUAS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
