**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Eigenständiges Erkennen von Mängeln sowie die Durchführung aller anfallenden Reparatur
- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Haus und den Außenanlagen
- Technische Überwachung, aktive Überprüfung und Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen und somit die Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs
- Überwachen und Einhalten der Wartungsintervalle
- Koordination und Kontrolle des im Auftrag von Fremdfirmen im Haus eingesetzten Personals
- Koordination aller handwerklichen Arbeiten im Haus mit anderen Abteilungen
- Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der Sicherheit, des Arbeitsschutzes, Brandschutzes und Bedienung technischer Anlagen
- Pflege der Außenanlagen und Winterdienst

***IHR PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektriker oder einem anderen technischen Beruf (Elektrofachkraft)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie
- Gutes Grundverständnis für technische und bauliche Herausforderungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung hinsichtlich der Instandhaltung von Gebäuden
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Knowhow
- Eine selbständige, engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Sie sind eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit, die sich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit auszeichnet
- Ein sauberes und gepflegtes Äußeres sowie ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten als auch der Spaß am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen setzen wir voraus
