Aufgaben
Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, der Sie als zentraler Ansprechpartner für sämtliche arbeitsrechtliche Themen und Entwicklungen zur Seite stehen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kollegen aus den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, die jeden Tag mit einer Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen an Sie herantreten und oftmals auch ganz pragmatischen Rat benötigen. Die Themen sind sehr abwechslungsreich und bunt - langweilig wird es sicherlich nicht. Nicht alle Themen sind strategisch (die gibt es auch) oder am juristischen Hochreck - aber es gibt immer wieder auch juristisch kniffelige Konstellationen. Sie sind außerdem die zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen Beratern.
Das Unternehmen hat sich den Börsengang fest auf die Fahne geschrieben. Dadurch bietet sich hier die Möglichkeit, zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt einzusteigen und die Partnerschaft zur Geschäftsführung aufzubauen und zu festigen. Im Moment des IPOs können Sie dann als fest integrierter Partner für den Bereich Arbeitsrecht diese spannende Reise begleiten.
Ihr Profil
Sie sind Volljurist und bringen mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung aus Großkanzlei und/oder namhaften Unternehmen mit. Ihr Profil wird abgerundet durch überdurchschnittliche Examina (jeweils mind. 7 Punkte), Kommunikationsstärke sowie dem Wunsch Teil eines aufstrebenden Unternehmens zu sein.
