**Marketing Coordinator Benelux**

**About the Role**

**Location** - Berlin, Germany

**What You’ll Do**

Get to know your target markets._**_ _NinjaOne is expanding quickly and the team will rely on you to ensure our content, our website, and our campaigns are localized for the specific regions you will be managing. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of these markets and continuously share these insights with the team so we can better personalize our localized initiatives for those regions.

Oversee event logistics._**_ _To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable leading the charge on planning, execution, and follow-up of different events month to month (such as trade shows, roadshows, or webinars).

Automate automate automate._** **As a software tool that maximizes efficiency, we try to practice what we preach in marketing. This means automating as much as possible so you can spend time on the tasks that require more attention. You’ll be comfortable with repeating (and occasionally writing) processes so that our work is consistent and gets easier over time. You should have experience working in sales/marketing tools like Salesforce, Pardot (or other marketing automation tools), Drift, SalesLoft, Wordpress, and/or Hootsuite.

Make friends. _**Our technology partners are key to continuing our growth - both in marketing and as a company. You’ll participate in regular calls with some of our partners and get to know the go-to people on other teams to facilitate webinars, sponsored content, and updating them on NinjaOne news. You’ll also work with our external team members (such as designers, web developers, and consultants) on a regular basis.

Keep us organized._**_ _We track everything we do very closely - whether that’s how many leads an event generated or how many t-shirts we have in inventory. You’ll assist with replenishing our swag inventory, reviewing spend and quarterly budgets (as well as maintaining expenses and tracking down receipts), and helping to maintain our collection of resources.

Obsessively Organized and Productive. _**An effective demand generation program requires relentless attention to detail and lots of coordination. You will be responsible for managing the translation projects in your region and ensuring that content stays relevant and up-to-date.

Self-Starter._** Each member of our team wears a variety of hats, and we want to know that you’re willing to take on things outside of your regular assignments, or that you’ll go out and learn about a new tactic/program (and then teach us about it). You’re the kind of person who takes action and ownership (instead of waiting to be told what to do).

Relentlessly Efficient._**_ _It’s hard work keeping track of so many moving pieces. Sometimes you check off your entire to-do list before lunch; other times your morning pivots and you end up on a completely different project. We’re looking for someone who can manage their own time and projects while also jumping on other assignments quickly without getting derailed or losing track of priorities.

**Other Requirements**
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- 2+ years of proven experience in demand generation, content marketing or channel marketing
- Experience in B2B software a plus
- Experience in IT or MSP software a HUGE plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
