We are a team of professionals with a wide range of competencies, different experience paths, and the same goal: to build top-notch digital products for Porsche At the moment we are looking for an outstanding Scrum Master, who helps us bringing our teams within Online Car Sales to the next level.

Scrum Master at Porsche Digital is a crucial member of the team. We see this role as a glue that holds everything together. We are looking for someone who is passionate about establishing an environment where the team can be productive and who is constantly looking for new ways of enhancing team cohesion and dynamics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coaching one - two product development teams within the Car Sales Product Development, including role specific coaching, and facilitating the team events (Retros, Iteration Plannings, PI Plannings, System Demos, etc.)
- Continuously inspecting and adapting the team performance and caring for a good collaboration between all team members and the ART, including the resolution of conflicts
- Developing a high performing team & organization by facilitating relentless improvement, so that we can create customer value the best possible way
- Helping the teams & organization not only knowing, but also living the agile values and principles (including the SAFe specific Core Values, Principles, Lean Agile Mindset)
- Creating an environment where constant learning through feedback and experimentation takes place and psychological safety can grow
- Building a community with other agile practitioners in order to have a platform to exchange and share knowledge
- Acting as a servant leader

WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering or alike
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in the field of Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong goal and result orientation, combined with a systems thinking mindset
- High level of commitment, proactivity and communication skills
- You are a team player, actively taking care of team culture and the product value towards our customers
- Our company language is English, so you should speak it fluently
- Optional: Certified as a Leading SAFe®, SAFe® Scrum Master or alike
- Optional: Professional experience in the field of (SAFe scaled-) agile software
