Wir suchen für unser Berliner Büro ab sofort eine:n Creative Director Art (d/w/m) mit digitalem Schwerpunkt.

Du bist ein digitaler Allrounder, hast Lust auf gute Kreation und Umsetzung herausragender Ideen, hast Spaß, ein kreatives Team zu führen und la red Berlin gemeinsam mit uns weiter auszubauen?

**Ja? Dann solltest du Folgendes mitbringen**:

- Du besitzt mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als CD Art
- Du bist in der digitalen Welt zu Hause und kennst Dich bestens mit kreativen Kampagnen, Social Media Kanälen, Filmen und innovativer Werbung an sich aus
- Du bist ideen
- und präsentationsstark
- Du liebst gute Ideen und bist ein:e Top-Designer:in
- Du hast idealerweise schon unterschiedlichste Projekte realisiert: Beispielsweise digitale Kampagnen, Filmdrehs, die Produktion von Websites, Content-Marketing-Projekte oder Social Media Maßnahmen
- Du gibst Dich nicht gleich mit der ersten Idee zufrieden
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich ein Team von Kreativen geleitet
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, offen für Diskussionen, fexibel und engagiert
- Auch unsere Kund:innen siehst Du als Teampartner und kannst ihnen beratend zur Seite stehen
- Du hast Humor und Spaß an der Arbeit
