- Zur Unterstützung unseres Talent Acquisition Teams suchen wir eine*n motivierte*n Student Assistant - und einen echten Friend.- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Verwaltung und Pflege der Bewerber*innendatenbank. Dabei gehst du stets verantwortungsbewusst vor und zeichnest dich durch deine Zuverlässigkeit aus.
- Darüber hinaus organisierst und koordinierst du Termine für Bewerbungsgespräche.
- Deine sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse helfen dir sowohl bei der Anfertigung von Stellenanzeigen als auch bei der Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen per Mail oder Telefon.
- Du gestaltest unser Employer Branding hinsichtlich Hochschulmarketing, Messen und Events aktiv mit.- Was du mitbringst
- Du bist als Student*in immatrikuliert.
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die du bei uns einbringst.
- Du beschreibst dich selbst als Organisationstalent und erledigst deine Arbeit verlässlich und sorgfältig.
- Außerdem bringst du einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen - insbesondere Excel - mit sowie gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse.
