**Process Assistant (M/F/d) Part-Time 20 hours**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- You will support all team leaders of the ZAZZ GROUP organization in the proper and process-compliant execution of administrative processes.
- You are the contact person for external consultants in all administrative topics, such as authorizations, account maintenance, organization of the required equipment, obtaining the ID card, as well as master data maintenance in SAP
- The coordination of required information and data between suppliers, purchasing and team leaders, the review of freelancers and support in the procurement of offers are among their tasks
- You will support the duties of the Safety Officer, including walk-throughs with auditors and documentation
- General organization - coordinating/ensuring audit-proof filing of documents to be archived.

**WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**
- You have successfully completed your commercial training and have initial professional experience
- You are proficient in MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Power Point
- For your work first experiences in SAP are helpful
- We expect a strong willingness to communicate combined with a good knowledge of English
- You are a team player with a high degree of initiative and motivation.
