**Responsibilities**:

- You steer, plan, develop and ensure the professional implementation of all processes and products of Assess & Develop in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa)
- Your topic portfolio includes Talent, Performance and Career Management as well as Learning & Development
- You independently manage and implement regional Assess & Develop measures, e. g. as part of the Evonik Explorer Program (internal talent program) and the global Performance Process
- You advise or are a sparring partner to managers, talents and employees with regard to the complex and diverse Assess & Develop portfolio
- You include feedback from the EMEA region into global Assess & Develop processes and products for consideration and are responsible for regional implementation
- You interact regularly with the Americas & APAC regions to ensure a globally consistent approach
- You take on overarching projects/tasks for the EMEA region
- You support project-based in the conception and further development of global Assess & Develop products

**Requirements**:

- You have successfully completed a master's degree or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- You have experience working with demanding customers and internal interfaces
- You have excellent English and German skills (spoken & written)
- You demonstrate above-average communication and consulting skills, team spirit and commitment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and dedication to conceptual work are desirable
