DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH:
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Text
- und Bildredaktion bei der Gestaltung der Layouts für die Print-Ausgaben von VOGUE Germany.- Übernahme von globalen Layouts für VOGUE Germany und Erledigung der damit verbundenen Produktionsaufgaben- Mithilfe bei der Gestaltung eines effizienten Content-Workflows in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen beteiligten Teams- Beteiligung bei der Druckabstimmung mit dem Production-Team und der Repro- Einhaltung von Deadlines in Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und lokalen Team-Membern- Beteiligung beim Aufbau der Heftstruktur und der redaktionellen Planung (inkl. Anzeigenstruktur) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Redaktionsleitung, dem Anzeigenmanagement und dem Production-Team- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung der Ordnerstrukturen, in denen das Bildmaterial und die Texte für jede Ausgabe organisiert werden.- Assistenz bei der Statuskontrolle von Layouts, Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Erteilung von Korrekturabnahmen für den Druck.- Bei Bedarf Übernahme von Aufgaben, die nach dem Druck einer Ausgabe anfallen, z. B. Sortieren und Archivieren der endgültigen Layouts und Bilddaten, Erstellen und Verteilen der endgültigen Ausgabe-PDFs.
DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Graphic Designer (Print und Digital) im Verlag, in der Medienbranche oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich- Du kennst dich mit InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator aus.- Du bist selbstbewusst und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten- Du bist gut organisiert, detailverliebt und kannst mehrere Aufgaben parallel bewältigen bzw. bei Bedarf Aufgaben delegieren- Du fühlst dich in einem kollaborativen und schnelllebigen Kreativumfeld wohl- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Content
- und/oder Ausgaben-Planung- Du bist in der Lage, Fristen festzulegen und einzuhalten und effektiv mit allen relevanten Abteilungen zu kommunizieren- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und bist gut im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen zwischenmenschlichen Situationen
