**This is what we need you for**:

- Be a sounding board to the CPO and assist in preparation for Board meetings, presentations, and difficult decisions through providing sound research.
- Serve as liaison between the CPO and his staff as well as senior leaders across the company.
- Work closely with the Head of Product Categories to coordinate our product portfolio and product planning cycles.
- Coordinate the strategic planning and budget process of the CPO division.
- Support the CPO with ad-hoc projects and key strategic initiatives, manage assigned change projects and conduct deep dives.
- Work with members of the product community to pull together a clear understanding of product success metrics, and how these are tracked and used in product decision making.

**This is what you can score highly with**:

- Completed university degree in business or a product-related field with >3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or product strategy environment including collaborating closely with engineering and design organizations.
- Experience of managing cross-functional projects and/or a product portfolio as well as creating and implementing processes.
- Ability to research product-related topics, formulate a position and to create compelling narratives.
- Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude as well as discipline and self-governed way of working.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
