**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du betreust unserer HR-Social Media-Auftritte bei Facebook und Instagram durch Contenterstellung, Job-Postings, Community Management und etablierst einen Social Media-Redaktionsplan
- Du beobachtest den Markt, analysierst Zielgruppen und erstellst zielgruppengenaue Multichannel-Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
- Du lieferst HR-Content für unsere Konzernweiten Business-Media Auftritte bei Xing und LinkedIn
- Mit deinem kreativen Input und deinem Know-how bringst du unsere bisherigen Social-Media Accounts weiter voran und hast darüber hinaus die neuen sozialen Netzwerke im Blick
- Du steuerst externe Agenturen bei besonderen Maßnahmen und Aktionen die dem Auf
- und Ausbau unseres Employer Brandings dienen
- Du organisierst und koordinierst Messen und Events wie z.B. Girls Days
- Durch dein Gespür und deine proaktive Persönlichkeit spürst du Talente in den sozialen Medien auf

**Das bringst du mit**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit Schwerpunkt Marketing (Marketing Management, Online Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL, etc.)
- Erste Berufserfahrung oder relevante Praktika im Bereich Employer Branding und/oder Marketing
- Interesse und Begeisterung für soziale Medien
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise die durch Motivation und Engagement geprägt
- Ein sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
