**Finance NextGen - Division Controller Airbus Defence and Space (d/f/m)**:

The position provides a great opportunity to get a proficient knowledge of Corporate Finance and top level visibility of Airbus Defence and Space financial performance. The Division Planning and Performance Department is in charge of definition, coordination and management of Airbus Defence and Space Operative Planning and Reporting processes.

The **Finance NextGen Programme **is an Airbus Defence and Space-wide development programme. This programme is designed to identify and develop talented Leaders for the Airbus Finance Community who will contribute significantly towards achieving our business goals. The Finance NextGen Programme - sponsored by Airbus Defence and Space CFO - enables its participants to enhance financial know-how and expertise, combined with further learning in management and leadership competencies.

**The mission of the programme**:
1. Fostering and deepening participants’ financial knowledge and expertise on the Airbus world of Finance, enlarging the scope to the international financial context

2. Linking formal learning with rotating, real-business project assignments

3. Increasing participants’ project management and leadership competencies

4. Encouraging networking, job shadowing, mobility and cross-cultural experiences

5. Mentorship from a member of the Finance Top Management

6. Invitation to a Airbus Defence & Space Finance Conference

This Program consists of two assignments in two different countries. Each assignment lasts for a period of two years. They are combined with off-the-job modules, designed to strengthen participant’s management and

financial competencies.

After your first two years in the programme, you will continue to develop your work experience by taking over a role in a different function in Finance (e.g. Project Control, Budgetary Control, Treasury, M&A) and country of Airbus Defence & Space in order to further develop your finance technical skills, your communication skills and your knowledge about Airbus.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**

Ensure consistent, transparent and timely planning and Reporting data and a sound analysis:

- Manage preparation of documents for relevant management boards: Finance Board, ExCom, CFO presentation mainly focus on Divisional Monthly Reporting (FMR)
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and commenting on Program Line / Function Reporting figures
- Support on ad-hoc requests from major stakeholders e.g. Investor Relations, auditors, Group Controlling
- Exchange and follow-up with the Division planning and Reporting teams: AD Programme Lines / Functions, Accounting, Treasury, Cost Accounting, Airbus and Financial Systems
- Support Reporting Processes to ensure on time delivery, coordinate changes with Financial Systems, user support, trainings, access audit, etc.
- Support Sustainability Reporting requirements coming from Division Finance Representative
- Coordination with Budget Process and Division Planning and Reporting PoC with Cost accounting

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Some years of relevant work experience within finance in an international environment
- Experience of working in a matrix environment with proven record of successful stakeholder management
- Experience in Business Warehouse tools
- Basic IFRS Accounting rules understandin
