As part of the Germany & Netherlands Sales Markets, we plan and drive online & omni commercial performance of one of H&M’s biggest sales markets.

This means that we need to accelerate our omni customer experience and put omni at the core of our business.

On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as the E-Commerce Category Lead (omnichannel strategic projects) you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Omni sales team and the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

You will drive cross-category analysis and omni projects (e.g. omni local activations in focus areas) with high commercial impact, and you will work closely with the market leadership team

You will drive net sales and day-to-day operations of the commercial agenda and customer strategy to meet targets in your e-com markets by optimizing internal
- and external exposure

Based on an in-depth understanding about your customers, their preferences and how to reach them both online and omni, you’ll drive topline performance whilst defining and delivering customer impacts across all stages of customer lifecycles

You will contribute to the commercial planning of a designated category as well ensuring local assortment relevance and stock freshness for daily business operations as well for strategic activations. Your key collaboration partners will be from regional customer insights, marketing and merchandising teams

**Besides your personality we see that**:
MBA or master’s in economics, management, fashion or comparable qualification
You have gained 3+ years of work experience in consumer-oriented commercial, merchandising or highly analytical roles
You are a strategic commercial thinker with outstanding analytical skills and critical mindset
You have strong technical skills in Excel and GSuite
You have a good understanding of the Fashion e-commerce, merchandising & planning and customer behavior in a retail environment
You have great communication skills and can drive projects with different teams across the organization
You are business-fluent in English
