**-- MISSION --**

**As a Jr. HR Business Partner DACH, your primary responsibilities will include acting as the point of contact for employee relations issues and other HR topics, providing guidance and training. You will also work closely with the HR Manager DACH and other colleagues supporting them on various projects.**

**-- RESPONSIBILITIES --**
- **Create and manage recording systems and ad hoc evaluations**:

- **Proactively taking part in improvements initiatives**:

- **Interacting with different departments as well as supporting other HR Administrative activities**:

- **Supporting HR Manager DACH on various projects including training, hr controlling and others**

**-- REQUIREMENTS --**
- **At least two years of professional experience in a similar role**:

- **Passion for the industry**:

- **Experience working with payroll systems such as Datev**:

- **Fluent in German and good knowledge of English**:

- **Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of German tax and social security law**

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 60313 Frankfurt am Main: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
