Ihre Aufgaben:

- Gesamtheitliche und standortübergreifende Planungskoordination und Plausibilitätsprüfung von Mengen-, Personal-, Fremdvergabe und Budgetplanung im Engineering
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer aussagekräftigen und harmonsierten Berichterstattung hinsichtlich der Einhaltung von Planungs
- und Geschäftszielen
- Durchführung von periodischen Soll-Ist und Abweichungsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Risiken sowie der Einleitung und die Überwachung der Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von managementgerechten Unterlagen zur Entscheidungsfinding
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Governance, Arbeitsweisen, Prozessen, Methoden und Tools im Fachbereich
- Koordination und Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität von internen Verbesserungsprojekten
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von strategischen Initiativen
- Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen zur Erkennung fachspezifischer Trends mit Prüfung deren Relevanz und Machbarkeit
- Übernahme und eigenverantwortliche Verfolgung von funktionsübergreifenden Tätigkeiten und Sonderaufgaben im Engineering

Ihre Qualifikation:

- Studium der Ingenieur
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige, praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Geschäftsprozesse und administrativer Abläufe sowie deren Verbesserung und Optimierung in einem entwicklungsnahen Industrieumfeld
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft

Your Tasks:

- Overall and cross-site planning coordination and plausibility check of quantity, personnel, outsourcing and budget planning in engineering
- Creation and further development of relevant and harmonized reporting in line with planning and business goals
- Implementation of periodic target/actual and deviation analyzes to identify risks and the initiation and monitoring of the implementation of countermeasures
- Creation of well-designed reports and documents, so that management can base operational and strategic decisions upon that
- Further development and optimization of governance, working methods, processes, methods and tools in the department
- Coordination and responsibility for time, cost and quality of internal improvement projects
- Participation in the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Takeover and independent pursuit of cross-functional activities and special tasks in engineering

Your Qualification:

- Diploma/master’s degree in the field of engineering, general business administration or economics or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
- Several years of practical experience in project management, business processes and administrative procedures as well as their improvement and optimization in a developing industrial environment
- Independent way of working, quick perception, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- You are fluent in German & English
- Traveling required
