**For our headquarters in Sehnde near Hanover, Germany, we are looking for the next possible date for a**:
Legal and Compliance Coordinator in part time (m/w/d)

**Your tasks**:
**Legal**
- Supporting the Chief Financial Officer and the departments within the international group of entities in legal matters
- Leading and expanding contract management for the group of entities
- Preparation and review of international contracts (on your own or in coordination with external lawyers) Trademark protection law: Coordination of ongoing trademark monitoring
- **Compliance**
- Ensuring basic legal obligations, particularly in the areas of occupational safety and instruction requirements
- Expansion and maintenance of a compliance management system including the support of the further development of the group-wide corporate guidelines Supporting operational areas with compliance-related inquiries and audits
- **Data protection**
- Ensuring data protection regulations and supporting data protection issues in close cooperation with the external data protection officer Creating online training courses and ensuring information requirements
- **Your profile**:

- Completed training as a legal or notary assistant
- A minimum of 2 years of professional or other practical experience in a similar field
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with international legal matters
- Independent and structured way of working Good communication skills
