Procurement Specialist

Become part of our Purchasing team in Germany as Procurement Specialist (f/m/x) and become responsible for managing suppliers for the Clario Respiratory business unit based in Estenfeld (near Würzburg).

You would purchase goods and services for the company from approved suppliers efficiently and economically following established policies and procedures in processing purchase orders. Support the creation and maintenance of required Supplier paperwork and screen information about products, prices, and suppliers so that we as Clario can achieve the best results.

What you'll be doing:
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) at the direction of the requestor with current negotiated price and payment terms and in accordance to Company established policies and procedures- Support creation and maintenance of Supplier, including all paperwork (e.g. contracts, new supplier forms, etc.) in centralized location in accordance to Company establish policies and procedures- Maintain centralized approved Supplier Lists in accordance to Company establish policies and procedures- Negotiate, renegotiate and administer contract with Suppliers with support from Procurement personnel- Establish and maintain strong Supplier relationship managements- Research and analyze costs to identify opportunities for savings potential based on historic volume and pricing data and provide forecast trends- Define and support for the Bills of Material (BOMs) necessary to efficiently prepare and ship Company’s hardware and accessories- Recommend and implement approved purchasing policies and procedures- Confer with staff, users, and Suppliers to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action

What we look for:
- Bachelor or equivalent experience- Knowledge of best practice within Supply Chain and/or Purchasing a plus- Highly organized and meticulous about documentation and procedures- Sstrong communication, negotiating and influencing capabilities- Must be able to work independently and have the ability to work with many different people- good knowledge of English and German
